This Chilean site maintains a huge database of job postings—there are more than 7,000 listings in greater Santiago alone. Jobseekers can search by profession, full- or part-time work, salary range and how long ago the listings were posted. Each advertisement allows the jobseeker to send a résumé directly to the employer.

Each major town in Chile has an OMIL office to help jobseekers find work. Many of the larger cities also have their own OMIL websites with jobs databases. From the national Bolsa de Empleo website, click on Directorio OMIL to find a list of OMIL offices nationwide. Santiago’s OMIL office maintains its own website and jobs database.

Chile Inside uses your profile information to match you with internship opportunities at a variety of private companies in Chile. Most of the internships are unpaid, and Chile Inside charges a placement fee for its services. Internships range from four weeks to six months. The organization can arrange for housing during the internship.

Newspapers that Publish Job Advertisements

El Murcurio
