Consejo Superior de la Empresa Privada (COSEP) Upper Council of Private Enterprise http://www.cosep.org.ni/ (Spanish) COSEP was founded in 1972 and comprises all organizations representing Nicaragua’s production sectors. Its key goals are uniting private sector efforts, serving as an opinion center and working to solve issues impacting both private business initiatives and the country as a whole. COSEP also organizes seminars to improve Nicaragua’s human resources for the benefit of Nicaragua’s social and economic development. In addition, it conducts economic, financial, social and legislative studies and analyses to provide the business sector with up-to-date information.
