Engineering is the best-paid career in Peru. Mining and aerospace engineers will be especially needed over the next 20 years.Peru's aeronautics sector is expected to continue growing, which will require aeronautics specialists ranging from engineers to pilots.

Engineers in Peru can earn anywhere between 1,800 and 7,500 PEN monthly.
