Jess is a career coach and organizational consultant for Right Choice Careers where he coaches individuals, either in transition or with existing jobs, to define a personal vision and to develop and implement a career plan. His emphasis is on self-awareness as the foundation for career success and job performance, combined with developing and implementing specific, measurable strategies to achieve goals.

His consulting work is based on organizational performance improvement through interventions at both the individual and business unit levels. Jess provides workshops on team building, communications skills, and meeting facilitation. He helps companies achieve success by aligning individual and organizational goals and by matching skills and positions to strategies.

He is qualified in the administration of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

To all of his work, Jess brings a solid background in industry, consulting, coaching and a thorough knowledge of business realities. He combines this experience with a proven ability to help individuals and organizations set and achieve goals.

Prior to founding Right Choice Careers, Jess was a senior manager with the Arthur D Little consulting firm. He worked with clients around the world in strategy and organization assignments. He has held domestic and international management positions with El Paso Energy, Tenneco, Exxon Mobil and Manufacturers Hanover Trust. Jess holds an MBA from Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management. He is a recipient of the Desert Star Award for distinguished alumni from Prescott College.
