Bio:
Marie-Louise Hansson is a behaviorist. She holds a master’s degree
in personnel management from Gothenburg University with a focus on
training and education. She has more than 25 years of experience in
management consulting, executive and leadership training and
counseling. Marie-Louise has experience from several industries but
worked with automotive industry, specifically General Motors and
Saab Automobile, for the last few years, where she has been
Leadership Development and Training Manager in Sweden but also
European Internal Change Consultant. During this time, one of her
projects resulted in better cooperation between French and English
managers.
She provides
expertise in career counseling for executives, managers and specialists as
well as workshops for leaders and companies going global. Along with this,
she offers cultural integration and life balance counseling. Marie-Louise
works to develop vision and strategy, as well as implementing learning
organizational tools. She also focuses on change management, including
integration and turnaround programs, as well as team development and
cross-functional problem solving activities. Her professional competency
areas include personnel management, management team training, internal and
external marketing, sales and human resources.
Consulting
clients include Svenska Mässan, working as a project manager for
exhibitions; EklundGruppen as a human resources manager; Invent AB as a
management consultant, Sahlgrenska consulting on manager leadership
development and training; and Saab AB as a leadership development manager
and training manager. Marie-Louise has also been involved in consulting
projects with the local government in Göteborg.
Marie-Louise is
also the author of the book “Management Teams—How to Create the Teams of the
Future.”
