employers focus more on work experience than on formal education. For
Web designers, 3D designing is the most important skill. Generally, the

market. However, there is a shortage of skilled 3D design workers.
Web programmers are also in high demand, and this field does not require
a university degree. However, employers might request a certificate proving
the candidate has the required knowledge, as well as a portfolio of samples
of the candidate’s work, in addition to a traditional résumé.
