For young professionals in Finland,
one page is the maximum length for a résumé/CV (curriculum vitae).
More experienced professionals may have a longer résumé/CV. In
Finland, a photo is not expected, unless otherwise stated in the job
advertisement; however, a scanned photo attached to the résumé/CV
may serve as an advantage by attracting the reader’s attention.
The résumé/CV should list the Education
and Work Experience sections in reverse-chronological order,
starting with the most recent experience.
