Bio:
Egberto Fernandez is a human development specialist who has more than 20 years of experience with organizations and individuals. He combines his private career-coaching practice with other areas of human development, including facilitating group workshops in management, leadership, team building, and change management. He teaches organizational theory and behavior at the post-graduate level in two of the most important public universities in Caracas.
Egberto is a certified Job and Career Transition Coach (JCTC). He received his certification through the Career Planning and Adult Development Network and is an active member of that organization. He has been trained by Richard Nelson Bolles, author of the best-selling career guidance book What Color is Your Parachute. He is also an active member of the Five O’Clock Club, the United States’ premier career-counseling network.
Egberto received his
PhD in vocational education from Colorado State University and bachelor’s degrees in business and accounting from the main public university in Caracas. He has experience as an outplacement consultant, corporate training consultant, training specialist and supervisor, personnel manager, and other administrative positions.
His area of interest in the last five years is enhancing human potential and
performance by designing and applying different approaches.
