Finding a job in India is a competitive business. Before an interview, thoroughly research the company. A well written resume is essential, with a direct style and no grammatical errors. While Indian resumes tend to be lengthy, the expatriate’s should be as short as possible, while still showcasing the applicant’s skill and experience. Foreigners should reference language skills, country competencies and visa status. One page is usually sufficient, though two pages are certainly acceptable.
