Bio:
Mina is an experienced,
insightful executive coach who brings to her clients an unusual and
powerful combination of deep hands-on business experience coupled
with exceptional sensitivity, intuition and communication abilities.

Mina is widely recognized and sought-after for

Mina has numerous
certifications in diagnostic instruments, learning tools and other
models that can enhance client engagements. These include: Kolbe
Index ฎ, Lominger
360ฐ Assessment, Conflict Lens and TDF Decision Styles Theory and
Assessment Instrument, among others. Mina is a member of the
International Coach Federation (ICF) and CoachVille, and is a
Founding Member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC).
She is in the process of obtaining her IAC Certified Coach
certification.
Prior to forming Positive Coaching Group, Mina
held senior executive positions with Aviall, Inc., both as Chief
Financial Officer and as Senior Vice President & General Manager of
its Aerospace Division. Previously, she held corporate management
positions with Ryder System, Inc. and Amax, Inc. Mina started her
career with Price Waterhouse.
Mina holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University, a
BBA in accounting (with highest honors) from Eastern Kentucky
University and a CPA. She has published several articles about
leadership, financial management, and other topics. She is also a
poised, animated, and articulate public speaker. Her recent seminars
have included: Networking: The Power of Who You Know, Positive
Agreements in the Workplace, Tools for Personal
Productivity, Talents, Passions, and Possibilities,
and Four Cornerstones of Lifetime Career Management.
