Bio:
Jeff is Managing Director of Mindsight, a career management services and executive coaching consultancy. Prior to founding Mindsight, Jeff was Managing Director, Asia/Pacific, of Impact Executives, a search consultancy specializing in the placement of senior managers into short-term assignments. Before joining Impact Executives, Jeff was Vice President, Business Development, with I-Quest, a provider of broadband Internet access to the hospitality industry.
Prior to I-Quest, Jeff helped build, then lead, the North Asia Technology Practice of Russell Reynolds Associates. During that time he worked closely with clients to select and place a significant number of senior executives into China-based positions. Earlier corporate associations include Hewlett Packard Asia Pacific and Cincinnati Bell Information Systems.
Jeff, a Mandarin speaker and a lawyer by training, has been based in Hong Kong for 10 years.
