Access
Access hosts more than 70 recruiting events per year in Germany. Most are directed at a particular group of job seekers. Career focuses can include automotive, banking, consulting, engineering, finance, information technology, insurance, investment banking, logistics, and sales and marketing. The application form for participation is posted on the site in German and in English. Participants are then selected according to a combination of their educational qualifications and social competency. The three day events are structured as follows: on the first day, participating companies present themselves; on the second day, workshops and case studies test the job seekers’ skills; and on the third day, interview sessions take place. Selected participants only have to pay their travel expenses; all other costs are covered by Access.

Crosswater Job Guide
The Crosswater Job Guide is not a classical job site, but rather a compilation of links for Germany. It does have some job vacancies posted; however, its most interesting features are rankings of and links to online job sites and links to company sites. The links to other online job sites are particularly useful when looking for a job site that specializes in a certain industry. This site is in German only.
