Bio:
Mary works as a career trainer on networking, intercultural skills,
and outplacement in Germany at Executive Link. She is in the process
of setting up Executive Link Outplacement, which will provide a
network of professional trainers, management consultants, recruiters,
re-training institutions, companies, lawyers, and psychologists
in the Munich area.
She holds a Diploma of Teaching from Adelaide Teachers College in
Australia. She has over 30 years experience teaching English as
a second language and also speaks fluent German. She is an approved
Testing Administrator of TOEIC (Test of English for International
Communication). She offers courses on a variety of office positions
including, but not limited to: Receptionist, Assistant, Consultant/Manager,
Marketing and Sales, Computer, Finance, Legal, and Personnel. She
also administrates seminars on several topics including: Applying
for a Job in English; International Meetings; Effective Business
Writing in English; Effective Telephone Skills; and Working Internationally.
Mary is a member of the Professional Resume Writing Research Association (PRWRA), International Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research (SIETAR), International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language (IATEFL), Business English Special Interest Group (BESIG), and Munich English Language Teachers Association (MELTA).
